The Browns are coming into Day 2 of the NFL Draft with four total picksthey'll kick things off with No. 33 overall, then pick again shortly after at No. 36. In Round 3, they'll be on the clock again at No. 67 and No. 94.
Here are 10 players to keep an eye on as we roll through Day 2.
One of the most popular prospects of the draft class is still on the board heading into Day 2. Sanders, the son of Deion Sanders, was considered one of the best quarterback prospects of the class behind Cam Ward, who went first overall Thursday to the Titans. Sanders completed 74 percent of his passes last season with 4,134 passing yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
The running back class is arguably the best position group of the draft class, so there will be several appealing running backs available on Day 2including two from Ohio State. Henderson was a highly efficient runner in college who averaged 6.3 yards per carry and scored 42 touchdowns, including 21 in his final two seasons with the Buckeyes.
Judkins paired with Henderson in the Buckeyes' backfield in 2024 after transferring from Ole Miss. No matter where he played, he found ways to gain yards and cross the goallinehe eclipsed 1,000 yards across all three of his college seasons and scored 45 touchdowns. Judkins needed only two seasons to rank top three in all-time rushing yards at Ole Miss, and he never missed a game in his career.
Milroe is perhaps the most dynamic dual-threat quarterback of the draft class and may not last long on Day 2. Milroe scored 20 of his 33 college rushing touchdowns last season with Alabama to complement 16 passing touchdowns. He took over as the Crimson Tide's starter in 2023 and compiled 32 rushing touchdowns, 39 passing touchdowns, 11 interceptions in his two seasons as the starter.
There are no shortage of starting-caliber running backs available in the second round, and Johnson is one of them. He made the most of his first and only year starting for Iowa, totaling 1,537 yards, 6.4 yards per carry and 21 touchdownshe scored a touchdown in all of his 12 regular season games in 2024.
The Browns opted to trade back to No. 5 instead of potentially choosing WR/CB Travis Hunter with pick No. 2, but maybe that's because they favorably viewed the receiving options likely to be available in Round 2. Noel will be one of the top guys on the board when the clock starts again after he totaled 1,194 yards with eight touchdowns last season. Noel clocked 4.39 seconds at the 40-yard dash, which was one of the faster times for receivers ranked near the top of the draft class.
Shough spent seven years in college and was at one point a backup to Justin Hebert at Oregon, but his experience is the biggest reason why some draft analysts view him as the most NFL-ready QB prospect. Shough started 12 games with Louisville in 2024, completing 62.7 percent of his passes for 3,195 yards with 23 touchdowns and six interceptions last year.
The Browns could look to upgrade either tackle positions on Day 2, and Ersery will be one of the best tackles available. Ersery spent five years with the Golden Gophers and started every game in his final two years, playing primarily at left tackle.
Harris has been projected to fall somewhere on Day 2 for most of the pre-draft process, and he brings a profile as a receiver who shined as a senior despite missing time with injuries. He logged 60 receptions for 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns and could be a nice complement toJerry Jeudyin the Browns receiver room.
Ezeirauku garnered first-round hype after a sack-stuffed senior season with the Eagleshe was top three in the FBS in 2024 in both sacks (16.5) and tackles for a loss (20.5). The Browns already added a massive upgrade to their defensive line by selecting Mason Graham with the fifth overall pick, and they could give it another boost by inserting Ezeiruaku on the edge.
